3D Model Making

Our offer includes the creation of 3D models of objects using the photogrammetric technique, through the use of a semi-automated, in-house developed system for scanning objects and creating 3D models from photos. This service was introduced to our offer due to the implementation of the research project entitled “Development of a semi-automated system for fast, low-cost and precise scanning of objects and creation of 3D models based on images”, co-financed by the ERDF under the project “Research and Implementation Fund” implemented under sub-measure 1.2.1 Support for research and development processes, Regional Operational Programme of the Kuyavian- Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

The main objective of the project was to develop and implement an innovative service for a semi- automated system for fast, low-cost and precise scanning of objects and creation of 3D models from images, for use in 3D animation, mainly in creative and advertising industries. The project involved conducting R&D works by Action Studio, which increased the company’s research activity. The work culminated in the implementation of the innovative service described above into the company’s business operations.
